Client (individual paying for Smart Weddings Colorado, services) accepts that the digital resources being paid for are for non-commercial usage only, and are only allowed to be used by a single individual, planning a single wedding/event. Client will have access to these resources for 18 months from time of purchase. These resources can not be shared with any other individuals (except for non-commercial parties directly involved with organizing the wedding). The access of these resources by any individual who works commercially in the wedding/event industry is strictly prohibited (unless they have paid Smart Weddings Colorado $10,000 in advance for the commercial usage rights). Any violation of this policy will be met with legal action and a civil lawsuit.

This is a one-time payment that gives you unlimited access to the resources for 12 months.
